On an omega-3 label, look at two lines.

The label shows the amount of fish oil per capsule and the amount of DHA or EPA on separate lines. Purity tells you how much of that fish oil is omega-3. NuaDHA® and NuaEPA® have over 90% omega-3 purity, in re-TG form. More than 90% of the fish oil in the capsule is omega-3 (mostly DHA in NuaDHA®, mostly EPA in NuaEPA®). DHA or EPA? We kept them apart.

EPA and DHA are two separate omega-3 fatty acids. Instead of mixing them in one capsule, NUA offers them in separate capsules and in high amounts. If you prefer DHA, take pure DHA. If you prefer EPA, take pure EPA. If you use both, DHA in the morning and EPA in the evening.

Taking vitamin D is one thing, the form you take is another.
