NuaEPA®1200 contains 1200 mg EPA and NuaDHA®1000 contains 1000 mg DHA per soft capsule.

NuaDHA® 1000: Adults over 11 years of age are recommended to take 1 soft capsule, preferably with a meal. The soft capsule can also be cut or pierced and mixed with yoghurt, fruit or vegetable juices.
NuaDHA® 500 lemon: Children aged 4-10 years and adults are recommended to take 1-2 soft capsules, preferably with a meal. Hold the soft capsule upright and cut the end off at the neck or twist the top until it opens. Squeeze and mix the contents with yoghurt or fruit juice. Alternatively, it can be chewed (the capsule shell can be discarded or eaten). If preferred, the product can also be swallowed.
